Mlbd is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. You are required to declare your age accurately at the time of registration. mlbd may request identity documents (NID, passport, or birth certificate) for age verification at any time.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, mlbd may request the following documents — National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. All submitted documents are stored securely and used solely for verification purposes.

To deposit on mlbd, you must use a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or bank account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be declined.

Mlbd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms and conditions, which are displayed alongside the respective offer. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of those specific terms.

• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering multiplier must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically 15x to 40x).
• Bonus validity: each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, family accounts, or a VPN to claim bonuses — will result in bonuses being revoked.

• Colluding with other players to cheat in games.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players.
• Opening an account on behalf of a minor or assisting a minor in playing.

Mlbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason at any time. In most cases, users will be informed of the reason and given the opportunity to appeal before an account is closed. However, in cases of serious violations, accounts may be closed without prior notice.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time. Upon voluntary closure, any unused balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of our responsible gaming commitment.
